My cookie journey began in Lebanon, with a single batch of cookies baked as a sweet “I love you” for my boyfriend. That small gesture led to something way bigger: a deep love for baking and a small business called Flawsome Cookies, built around one belief:
Taste matters more than looks!
Somewhere along the way, I made my first giant stuffed cookie, a 9-inch beast stuffed to the max with flavor, and people couldn’t get enough!
When we moved to Hamilton, Ontario, I had to start from scratch: New ingredients, new ovens, new challenges. I kept baking for friends and family, tweaking my recipes for months until every cookie hit just right.
After 3 years of testing and perfecting, F.A.T Cookies was born; a name (shoutout to my boyfriend again!) that stands for everything these cookies are: Fat. Fresh. Tasty.
I’ve also created protein-packed cookies that are more than just sweet; each one delivers 20g of whey and casein protein and is built strong to fuel your day!
